What are your shipping fees?

We provide flexible delivery options to suit your needs:

  • Free Shipping on all orders over $75 (3–7 business days)
  • Flat $5 Shipping Fee for orders under $75 (3–7 business days)

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

What is your estimated delivery time?

  • Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Transit Time: Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch.
  • Total Delivery Window: Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days from order placement.
  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 6:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can cancel it and receive a full refund.

How do I return an item?

To initiate a return:

  3. Our team will review and send instructions along with a return label.

Please ensure the item is:

  • Unused and in original packaging
  • Returned within 90 days of delivery

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 90 days of delivery. We will:

  • Send a replacement or
  • Process a refund, based on your preference

Do you charge restocking fees for returns?

No. We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items. We aim to provide a fair and customer-friendly return process with no hidden costs.
