At Haerdex, we’re committed to ensuring a smooth and stress-free shopping journey. This Shipping Policy outlines how we manage order processing, estimated delivery timelines, carriers we partner with, and how we handle any shipping-related issues.

1. Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM local time are processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once processing begins.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

We provide flexible delivery options to suit your needs:

  • Free Shipping on all orders over $75 (3–8 business days)
  • Flat $5 Shipping Fee for orders under $75 (3–8 business days)

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

Order Handling Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM local time are processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once processing begins.

Shipping & Transit Time

  • After dispatch, orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days for most destinations (Monday to Friday).
  • Deliveries may experience delays during national holidays, customs inspections, extreme weather, or unforeseen courier issues.
  • Please allow 3–8 total business days from the time of order placement to delivery.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. International Shipping

At this time, Haerdex only ships within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping and are unable to process orders for delivery outside the U.S.

Please ensure your shipping address is located within the United States when placing an order. Orders with non-U.S. addresses will not be processed.

5. Order Tracking

After your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. This allows you to follow your shipment’s journey and check the estimated delivery timeline anytime.

6. Undeliverable or Lost Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts:

  • We’ll reach out to verify your address and arrange a reshipment (extra shipping charges may apply).
  • For lost packages, contact us at support@haerdex.store, and we’ll coordinate with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@haerdex.store with:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos of the damaged items and packaging.

We’ll review the issue promptly and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

8. Shipping Restrictions

We currently cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or select remote regions. If your delivery location falls into a restricted area, we'll promptly reach out to you to arrange an alternative delivery method.

9. Changes to Orders

If you need to adjust details of your order (e.g., updating your delivery address or modifying items), please reach out to us at support@haerdex.store within 24 hours after placing your order, and we'll gladly assist you.
