Returns are accepted under these conditions:

  • Items must be returned back within 90 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must remain in original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.

  • Some items, including sale pieces, gift cards, and personalized products, are non-returnable unless found defective.

2. Return Process

To begin a return, follow these steps:

  • Approval: Once reviewed and approved, we’ll send you detailed return instructions.

  • Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item and return it using a trackable shipping service to the provided address.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

4. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item:

  • Follow the same return steps for sending back the original product.

  • Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll promptly dispatch your replacement.

Note: Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@haerdex.store with the following:

  • Clear photos of the item and its packaging

We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional charge.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless found defective:
